e-Practice Tests

The e-Practice Tests were developed to give potential certification candidates an instant opportunity to learn how the exam questions are structured and to highlight the candidate's strengths and weaknesses in the subject matter which will assist them in their planning and preparation for the lengthier exam. Prometric, the worldwide testing service that ICSC uses to administer the ICSC certification exams, charges a nominal fee for using these practice exams. Please click on the pertinent designation logo to participate.

The items in the e-Practice tests appeared on previous examination administrations and reflect a sampling of content and difficulty levels a candidate would find on actual exams. The e-Practice tests for the CSM and CMD examinations do not include a sample of the situational judgment section of the examination.

For each professional designation, the e-Practice Test contains 15 items which are available in two modes.

  • In the exam mode, after completing all 15 items, you will be instructed as to how many items you answered correctly and receive feedback as to whether you answered the question correctly or incorrectly with an explanation of the correct answer.
  • The study mode provides immediate feedback as to whether you answered the question correctly or incorrectly with an explanation of the correct answer once each item is completed.

Each e-Practice Test candidate has access to their designated e-Practice Test for 24 hours (a day), which begins from the moment of the initial logon time to the service.

To keep pace with the actual CDP, CSM, CMD or CLS exams, we recommend that you:

  • Devote ¾ hour to a hour to take the e-Practice Test without interruption
  • Take the test in the exam mode first
  • Have a non-programmable calculator available. HP models acceptable.
  • Use NO reference materials

Note: The CDP, CSM, CMD and CLS e-Practice Tests are the property of ICSC and Thomson Prometric. Duplication in whole or parts of these tests or sharing with others is prohibited.
