The ICSC Foundation and Next Generation are teaming up to promote and encourage social responsibility.
Over the next few months, ICSC Foundation and Next Gen will be hosting fundraisers, contests and awareness campaigns to inspire grassroots social responsibility. Funds raised will provide for scholarships that positively impact the Next Gen community.
The goal is to raise $75,000 by the end of October 2014. Let’s show ICSC and retail real estate professionals how committed Next Gen-ers are to altruism.
Be part of Next GENerosity!
- Make a donation, of any size
- Take part in a contest, raffle or event at RECon, the Next Gen Conference and regional idea exchanges all over North America
- Apply to become a NEXT GENerosity volunteer
- Most importantly, attend your local Next GENerosity Week Event, October 20-24
All Next Gen local programs throughout North America will designate a portion of the event registration as a charitable donation to the ICSC Foundation Capital Campaign Fund.

Why should you care? The ICSC Foundation is the only charitable organization dedicated to strengthening the global retail real estate industry as a whole.
ICSC Foundation has a track-record of success. Since 2007, the foundation has invested $800,000 in retail real estate education that impacted the lives of 280 award recipients: finding the best and brightest talent for the industry. Recognized the philanthropic campaigns of 50 worldwide shopping centers and awarded $300,000 USD to their local charities.
Though the foundation has made great strides, there is much more we can do to ensure that the industry’s future is sustainable and strong. The ICSC Foundation is in the middle of its first Capital Campaign to raise $5 million.
