A news brief in September’s SCT misstated some tenants at the Newbury Park Gateway community center, under construction in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Kohl’s will anchor the center, but Barnes & Noble and Pier 1 Imports will not be among the tenants.

A story and table in October’s SCT (“Ohio State Uses Retail to Make Campus Safer”) misnamed the campus location of Sansom Common. The shopping center is at the University of Pennsylvania.

An article in October’s SCT (“Simon to Contest MOA Ruling”) referred incorrectly to the parties found by a U.S. court to have breached their fiduciary duty to Triple Five Corp. They were Melvin and Herbert Simon and Si-Minn L.P., not Simon Property Group. Si-Minn is a subsidiary of Melvin Simon & Associates that is controlled by Melvin and Herbert Simon, who are also co-chairmen of Simon Property. Also, due to a typographical error, the year the Simons became involved in the project was stated incorrectly; it should have read 1987.
